    • Report Complaints to Hospital Accreditation Program - The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO or Joint Commission) is a nonprofit organization that evaluates and provides accreditations for more than 16,000 hospitals and other types of health care facilities throughout the country. This link provides a form for filing complaints about any of that facilities that the Joint Commission accredits.
