Introduction

If you are disabled, you have rights under federal and state laws, including the right to be protected against discrimination by the Americans with Disabilities Act. You may also be eligible under other federal and state laws for benefits and services like Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). This Web site contains links to other Web sites that explain your rights under federal and state laws and describe programs and services that are available to you. This section also contains information written by LSNJ on two special programs: Ticket to Work and New Jersey Work Incentives Network Support.
